I was unable to copy the 64 bit version it kept failing and saying i was using different types of discs and should stay with one type. Am i nuts to want to just change the OS? It seems, ha ha, easy, HP sent me a package of discs.

I am so fried after all of this nightmare, emails coming back unable to go with deliver failures, getting disconnected from internet, all my utility software stuff is unuseable too.

but i really dont know what to do after i look at it. I opened the IE short cut saw the program files 86. What do you think about me just downgrading the OS to the 32bit? So many things seem really screwed up in the 64 and it is just a pain. At least I don't have to continue with the Flash troubleshooting for the moment.
